OVERALL Christoffer is a very childish young man, seeing the good and fun in every situation. At times, he will act like he's a five year old, but at other times, when he's in the zone, he will be caught being serious. His phobias do consume this little guy, he cries and shakes when a thunderstorm is present or if he's left in the dark. Although he is seventeen, he is still a little boy at heart.
His temper is very rare, you need to do something or say something very wrong or harsh to make him actually lash out. He's just happy-go-lucky all of the time and this usually sets other people off. Another thing to watch out for is the fact that he is homosexual and likes to be a little... friendly at times with other males. If you're gay or not and you're good looking, you'll have a five-three seventeen-year-old on your lap whispering sweet nothings in your ear.
His quick and witty remarks always gets people talking about him. He has quick thoughts and rude remarks to tell people. If they step out of line on something, he won't be afraid to tell them. He also has very strong opinions and likes to voice them, even in the worst of times. He isn't shy, not like his brother. He won't be afraid to say what's on his mind when it pops in there.
Chris can also be described as odd and weird, not like everyone else. Because of his mental state stuck in 5 year old land, Chris is very up beat and random, saying things like "I LIKE PURPLE HIPPOS!" out of no where. This has earned him the title of freak around the place, putting a little shame to the Mackenzie name. He likes to stand up for what he believes in and is protective over his older brother. They have a strong bond, but they are slipping away from each other. Other than these little defaults, Christoffer is an all around good guy who loves to have a good time and be friends with everyone he meets.
Chris really dislikes his parents. They are always fighting and hitting each other. He hates how fake it appears to be on the outside. They seem like one big happy family, but behind those walls lays dark secrets that Chris and his brother can't handle living through any longer. It tears Chris apart to see what is happening to his family and he hates that his parents are not accepting of the way he acts or presents himself at times. He just really wants them to love Chris for Chris.

HISTORY When Chris was born, Illizabeth and Jaysin weren't too happy about it. His older brother was quite happy with the fact that he now had someone to play with. Chris was a new shiny toy to his brother and they were practically inseparable. Christoffer never had a very normal childhood seeing as he would play with girl toys, play dress up and never play with the other boys in the neighborhood. The Mackenzie's were always one of the wealthiest people in their little town in Maine, but that didn't stop the fact that they weren't a picture perfect family anymore. It seemed that way for years and years, always smiling and laughing, having people over for dinner and parties. They were living the life of luxury, these two boys were... but the family held a terrible secret.
"Get out of my house now Jaysin. We're done. Divorce papers are on the table" Those were the last words that Christoffer and his brother had heard before their father walked out on them and their mother. To others, Jaysin Mackenzie was a fun loving, free spirited man who adored his job and his family. But to his family, the ones that were supposed to love him the most, he was a drunk, an abuser and a man who hated anything that was poor, dirty or out of the norm. Hence the reasons why he disliked Chris so much. Their father had a feeling that Chris was a homosexual, seeing as all Chris would do would be play and do girlie things. Like he was a child. That's the main reason why Chris would gt most of the drunken beatings.
Their mother was a great woman, who was high in society but had problems of her own. She had a shopping and gambling problem. She would waste her paycheck and her husband's paycheck on clothes that she never needed, unnecessary piano lessons for her eldest son, should go to casinos every weekend and blow it all there. The two boys discovered that they had more to offer their parents than just sitting in the background and watching their family fall apart. They had something to offer the world. When Chris's older brother met Metropolis, they had started making music together, just as a keyboard/vocal duo. Chris felt the need to tell his older brother that they needed something more. They needed Chris's talent.
When Metropolis took a listen to some of his best friend and his little brother's keyboard/synthesizer stuff, he gladly accepted Chris into the band. They never really expected their three piece band to get so big, but it did. They were quite content with the outcome of their fame. But what really gets to Chris these days are how true the rumors of him liking men are. He still tries, however, to concentrate on the band. Because that's all he knows now.
hen he got into playing the drums on the side. When his band fell apart he met the members of his new band, his new FAMOUS band, and was accepted right away as the fun-loving, free spirited, childish drummer. He wouldn't know what to do with himself if there was no NOH.

The light breeze blew past the young man's face as he walked through the silent park. There was never much commotion in the park at this time of night. It was just pass eight o'clock and all Christoffer Mackenzie could hear was the sound of the rushing water of the nearby stream. The night time, right before complete dark hit was Christoffer's calmest. This is where he did his thinking, where he wrote music and lyrics, where he thought about his life, his brother, his parents. Chris never liked the dark, but the time right in between a pleasent walk in the dim light and the total chaos of the night was always relaxing.
Ocean blue eyes scanned the area as little legs helped the short boy pace the little green patch. Christoffer had been there for a while now, just looking at each blade of grass, examining it as though it had a brain and would speak to him. Just like all the other things that spoke to him in his mind. With Chris, everythig was living and needed affection, attention in some way. It was odd to some that Chris would speak to a flower, or a plade of grass, a dog or even the clouds above. He didn't mind it much, it was just the result of the lack of love that he had gotten from his parents. Just because he liked to be a girl when he was younger. Just because he was attracted to the same sex. Just because he was different, they didn't accept him.
Sighing lightly, the five-foot-three inch boy snapped out of his little trance and started back along the trail that he had left moments before. He placed his little hands into his jean pockets and wandered along the path that led him further away from the buses. He needed some time to think about what his life amounted to, what he needed to do to make it better. Why he needed to make it better was still unclear to him. He continued to think and walk along just the same, letting his mind wander. Tonight, Chris was in a very serious mood, and he didn't want to be. He wanted to be the fun-loving, five year old that everyone knew him to be, but it was hard tonight. It was hard to have fun with the things that he had on his mind.
Daddy was on his mind the most. The fact that their father was a drunk, an abuser and a hypocrite made Chris angry. It made him want to lash out on every father who was like that... but not his own. Christoffer was still a child, the baby. he would always be the baby of the family, he would never find the courage to step up to his dad. His mind wandered to the one night Christoffer would never forget. The night that his mother yelled at his father to get out of their house. The last night that he saw his dad.
FLASHBACK
Chris was sitting in the living room doing his homework one night, like every night since he began school. He was in the fifth grade now, a big boy. One would could do things on his own now. His brother was in the seventh, and outside playing with his friends, friends that were boys. When Chris would be finished his homework, his mother had told him that his friend Jackline could come over for a play date. But only after he had finished. Chris was excited and raced through his homework, getting it all done properly. He even revised it twice to make sure that there were no mistakes and that his teacher would be happy. Placing the pencil down on the tiled floor, Chris jumped to his feet and raced to the kitchen to show his mother that he has completed what was asked of him.
Waiting in the kitchen was not his mother, it was his father. The man that he hated. The man that terrified him. Chris blinked a few times, knowing what state his father was in. His bottom lip quivered as he watched the man approach him, taking him by the arms agressively. Chris dropped his books and yelled out for help. He yelled for his mom or his brother, but no one came. Tears started running down his now pale face as his father started to shake him. "You're such a girl. Whenareyourgoing to.. tobe... a man?" he shouted, his words slurred as one, his breath smelling heavily of alcohol. Chris didn't dare speak back to him. Jaysin let his son go, making him drop to the ground like a sack of potatoes, like he didn't mean anything to him. Rage and fury ran through Chris, but he knew that he had to take what was coming next. He always had to. But before Jaysin's foot could collide with Chris's stomach, his mother walked through the door, saving his life once again.
END FLASHBACK
Blue eyes teared up and the little boy fell to the ground, his face in his hands, his eyes leaking with memories of the past. Memories that he wished he would never relive. He knew he would have to relive them one day. It was how things went for him. They never ended well. The only thing that ended well in his life was the band he was in. They got somewhere. Huddled in a little ball on the pavement of the path, Christoffer sat there crying. He thought he was alone, but darkness had over come the park. He was so lost in his thoughts that he hadn't realized that it had gotten dark out. The lights weren't helping. Chris had a BAD phobia of the dark. It was his worst fear. He feared it more than his father. Now, not only was he crying because of his painful past, he was crying because of the darkness that now consumed his entire body.
He hadn't noticed a person coming up to him. He was so into his crying and shaking, trying to think of something better to get his mind off the fact that he was in the dark. The poor boy just sat there, huddled and scared waiting for his prince charming to rescue him.
